Job refers to an active job position advertised against which you are seeking 1-way to 2-way live interviews.

What do I do if I have more job openings than allowed by the plan?

You could either A) Deactivate a job that's not required and add a new Job or B) Move to a higher plan.

Do I need to pay extra for Zoom for 2-way interviews?

No. Zoom costs are included in your license fees.

How many zoom live interviews can be done at the same time?

This is the same as the number of active jobs on your profile. e.g. If you have subscribed to 5 job openings, then at the same time you can have 5 concurrent zoom sessions.

How does the 1-way interview happen?

The candidates are sent app download links for Gecko with the invite.

What are open and closed job openings?

Open implies any candidate can freely apply and record the 1-way video using a system provided link. Closed implies that a specific candidate has to be invited by the recruiter.

Can we pay via Wire Transfer against an invoice?

Can I pay monthly?

Yes, you have both annual and monthly plans on the pricing page.

Can you bill in alternate currency or as a local company in other countries?

You can request for billing from our group companies in UK, Singapore or India. By default the billing is from US from Web Spiders Inc. Please email support@gecko.ai for alternate billing or currency requirements.

What if I need more features or have more questions?

Can I cancel a subscription?

You can cancel at any time. The plan will run through the subscription period. e.g. A monthly plan will finish at the end of the month and yearly plans will finish at the end of the year.
